Please note that we do our very best to ensure our mugs are packaged securely to prevent any breakages whilst on route, However, sometimes breakages may occur, and this is out of our control.
However, if your mug does arrive broken in any way, please contact us so we can resolve this issue.
Photos of breakages will be required when reporting a breakage to us to allow us to resolve this issue effectively.
